Restoration and Reflection
Dr Chloe Constable
We are delighted to be joined by Chloe who will facilitate a restorative session focussing on relationships, communication and wellbeing as we move forward with our joint commitment to more equitable maternity services.
Having worked for over 10 years within the NHS and Academia as a Psychologist and Systemic Psychotherapist, Chloe came to two conclusions. Firstly, that sustainable change occurs at a system level (whether that's a family, an organisation or society) and secondly, we have all wildly underestimated the benefits of the natural world for our wellbeing.
